Vehicle Marketplace Terms
Provided by AutoMechanics LLC
These disclosures are provided by AutoMechanics LLC (“AutoMechanics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are the existing AutoMechanics Vehicle Marketplace language. They are not a separate dealer, escrow, or vehicle-ownership contract.
Marketplace role
Mechanics on AutoMechanics are independent service providers using the marketplace. AutoMechanics facilitates connections and payments; mechanics are not AutoMechanics employees unless explicitly stated.
Listings
Vehicle listings are posted by users. AutoMechanics does not guarantee title, ownership, condition, mileage, or the accuracy of seller disclosures.
Estimated market range
Estimated Market Range is guidance only. It is not an appraisal, guarantee, or offer to purchase.
Inspections
This inspection is an observation of condition at the time of the visit. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or certification of the vehicle.
Optional in-app vehicle payments
Vehicle-sale charges through Stripe are not enabled in this beta. Inspection jobs continue to use existing mechanic job fee logic.
