Community Standards / Acceptable Use

These standards apply to profiles, messages, reviews, photos, and support interactions on the AutoMechanics platform operated by AutoMechanics LLC.

Prohibited

• Threats
• Harassment
• Hate or discrimination prohibited by law/policy
• Sexual harassment
• Scams
• Impersonation
• Spam
• Illegal content
• Malicious files/links
• Doxxing or sharing private information
• Fraudulent reviews
• Retaliation for good-faith reports
• Using AutoMechanics to arrange work and then deliberately moving payment off-platform to avoid service fees

Reporting

Use in-app Report User / support flows. Blocking may be available; active paid jobs may require Support/Safety handling so necessary job communication is not blindly severed.

Moderation

AutoMechanics may automatically review messages for safety, fraud, harassment, marketplace integrity, and fee circumvention, and may remove content, warn users, or temporarily restrict accounts pending human review. Permanent suspension or bans require authorized Admin action. Ordinary repair discussion and disagreement are not treated as violations by themselves.
